Shocking Admission: "Corruption I Eye-Witnessed As COBE [Coordinator Of Body Elders] In One (1) Year!!!"

All of this happened in 1 yr while I served as COBE:
1.An appointed brother punched his wife in the mouth and we had elders who defended his right to continue serving. (We removed him)
2.An elder who didn’t hunt, had an AR-15 and invited young brothers to shoot at the gun range. This was public knowledge. This same elder had a reputation of drinking heavily publicly.
3.An elder confessed to committing immorality several times yrs ago. The Body decided to keep him as an elder.
4.Three elders had drinking problems. (I truly hope this doesn’t sound like I’m speaking negatively about alcoholism.) The C.O made us give a local needs directed at the appointed brothers about alcoholism. The C.O told me one of our other young elders in the congregation was dying from cirrhosis of the liver. My question was: Why did the brothers and the C.O cover it up for several yrs? His life could have been saved.
5.Six CSA cases that were not properly handled. This one really took a toll on me and messed my head up. Policy limited how much we could shepherd victims.
6.The Circuit Overseer developed an inappropriate relationship with a sister in our congregation. (His wife either wasn’t aware or didn’t care.) The sister had insight on matters we discussed in elders meetings and traveled with him frequently. I was an eyewitness to their inappropriate interactions for two years. The sister bragged about it privately. The two of them schemed against me on a matter and got others involved. I wrote the U.S branch on them and he retaliated by removing me.

Im 33 years old and all of this happened last year. I still have love for all of them. I just wasn’t qualified to handle the volume of problems and corruption that came my way as COBE. I saw and experienced much abuse serving just 8 yrs as an elder. I defended the vulnerable. And sadly it was later weaponized against me.
I was in a very dark place after serving with those brothers and the C.O. But i want to thank you all. Being made aware of this community [Reddit board] saved my life. Most of you have endured worse and persevered. Im now assisting with humanitarian efforts in my city. Helping others in my community and online has helped me bounce back. I hope I can continue to pay it forward.
