South Korean Jehovah's Witnesses [Entire JW Nation Spiritually-Dead] ... Appalling!!!

This is a post from Korea Jehovah’s Witnesses, but it also seems to be spreading to many Kingdom Halls in a lot of other Countries including the USA.

It’s like the JWS still in, KNOW the end is not really coming, but will not admit it.
Regular pioneers who do not preach, elders who do not work, and circuit overseers who do not serve.

This is the reality of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Korea.

Any man over the age of 20 is essentially conscripted into becoming an elder, but only a small number actually take on congregation responsibilities.

That is because most elders either lack the ability to handle congregation responsibilities, lack the willingness to do so, or simply do not have the circumstances that allow them to.

One out of every two publishers in Korea is a regular pioneer, but only a small number of young people actually participate in field service arrangements and put in the hours. The fictional 50 hours get filled somehow.

The situation is no different with the older people who diligently attend the field service meetings. They have nowhere to be called and nowhere to go, so they simply show up out of habit and spread rumors. That is their “ministry.”

Circuit visit week is a week of catering to the circuit overseer and his wife.
They come to be served. They give mediocre talks, then leave with an excessive amount of hospitality, gifts, and cash.

Compared with ordinary working people, they perform remarkably little work while receiving disproportionately large benefits and respect.

Everyone is doing their part, in their own way, to contribute to the decline of this organization.

A friend told me that Koreans spend most of the time in cafes and restaurants when their in the ministry and don't ever approach people on the streets.

She said that things have changed a lot since Covid and there's an extreme amount of apathy and doubt in the country among witnesses.

I heard from a friend when i was still a witness that they’re very lax in Korea. they’ll start their field service time immediately and kind of count the whole day

Similar situation in my foreign-language congregation. They’ve asked me several times, as an MS, if I want to serve as an elder, and I’ve turned it down every time

We have 20+ elders and only 4 ministerial servants in our congregation.
The brother who organizes cart witnessing recently came to me saying they don’t have enough people and asked if I could do more.
I already help several times a month, and he told me they’re down to only 3 brothers regularly helping and 2 of those 3 are ministerial servants.
I was like, what are all those elders doing?

One brother used to help with the carts sometimes, but after he got appointed as an elder, he literally stopped…. smh

Being a Jehovah witness now, after the Blood Reversal, is just LARPING at this point
